Here are the answers to the most frequent questions our customer service gets.

  • What kind of service can I book with CO.A.VE.?
    With CO.A.VE. you can book any chauffeured driven vehicle for as long as you need, for business or leisure. For further information visit  "Our Fleet" section.
  • How many days in advance should I book the car rental service?
    You must book the service at least 3 days before it takes place in order to have it guaranteed.
  • How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
    Your reservation is confirmed immediately after the on-line booking is completed. You will receive an e-mail for confirmation.
  • What happens if my flight to Florence delays?
    Once the transfer is booked, CO.A.VE. guarantees service within the day of arrival without any additional charge, even in case of  flight delay. Our staff will take care of  reviewing all the changes or cancellations of the sheduled flight in order to alert the assigned driver.
  • What happens if my flight has a diversion from Florence to another airport?
    CO.A.VE. guarantees the transfer from Florence airport  within the day of reservation and will be there with your assigned driver as soon as the bus provided by the air company arrives.
  • Where will I meet CO.A.VE.s' driver?
    Your driver  will be waiting at the arrivals gate holding your nameboard. In case you cannot find the driver or any other problem occurs please come to our front desk located just outside the departure terminal.
  • How can I contact CO.A.VE Reservations Office?
    You will find our staff at the airport desk (outside  departure terminal) from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m or by phone, +39 055 340159.
  • What methods of payment can I use? 
     Only by credit card. Details will be required at the moment of confirmation.  
  • Which credit cards are accepted for payments?
    CO.A.VE accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard and Visa.
  • When will I be charged for the service required?
    CO.A.VE will charge you the total amount of the booking  on your credit card 3 days before transfer.
  • Will there be a deposit taken on my credit card after booking the service?
    CO.A.VE. does not require deposit or advanced payment  (you will be charged  the total amount 3 days before the service). For more information please read section regarding cancellation Policies.
  • Can I have a receipt of payment?
    3 days before the service CO.A.VE. will charge you the rate established and directly releases the reciept to the e mail address provided during the booking procedure.
  •  How do I cancel my rental reservation?
    You may cancel your resevation by sending us an e-mail at  
  • What happens if I can not use the service booked?
    If you cancel the service at least 3 days before nothing will be charged.
  • What happens if I cancel my transfer after the 3 days term?
    Any service cancelled beyond the 72hr term will be fully charged.
